Information you submit is used to evaluate your loan request and may be shared with capital partners, service providers, and other parties strictly as needed to process your request. The Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access another user's account, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the operation of the site.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
